Had a visual fault with an item I ordered. I contact them about it and they (Francesca) went through my photos and description of the problem and provided me with a new replacement by express delivery the next day. You can’t get better customer service.

recommended the Little Tikes Fun Drop Zone water pool from #theentertainer,

so we placed an order in good faith, which was never received, despite receiving a despatch notice.

Do we mistrust Holly,

The company offered a refund, or to send again with an u nspecified delivery date.

I believe @theentertainer knowingly took our money for orders they could not fulfill.

Had a very minor issue with a toy bought for my son. As it was discontinued stock Nadia helped me out massively. Great service, thank you

Bought Pedal Car for my Grandkids had to return original as it was damaged but The Entertainer got me a replacement within a couple of days so very happy with their Customer Service.

In what seems to be a theme in these reviews Nadia helped me solve my problem. She's very polite and efficient. Had an issue processing my order, and she has seen it's all cleared up and no money to be taken. Thank you again Nadia for helping me out.
